我的实践横跨服务设计、产品体验与视觉表达。我喜欢从人的行为与系统关系中寻找机会，也会借助 AI 快速整理研究、搭建原型，把模糊的想法推进成可以被体验和验证的产品。 产品与视觉背景让我既关注服务背后的逻辑，也在意每一个触点如何真正落地。咖啡、宠物、旅行和摄影让我习惯观察空间、习惯、文化与细节——这些日常观察也不断成为我理解人与服务关系的新视角。
My work spans service design, product experience, and visual communication. I use AI to explore early research questions, structure information, prototype quickly, and turn ideas into experiences that can actually be tested and used. My product and visual background helps me think beyond research and carry ideas through to real touchpoints.
Coffee, pets, travel, and photography keep me attentive to spaces, habits, cultures, and overlooked details—everyday observations that continually shape how I understand people and design services.
